"Super Easy Low Fat Carb Free Spicy Prawns" Recipe

  1. Thoroughly defrost (if frozen) and drain prawns (i.e. shrimp).
  2. Coat a medium sized frying pan with olive oil spray.
  3. Add the prawns (i.e. shrimp) and cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until pink throughout but still tender, seasoning to taste with the seasoning and cayenne. Be sure not to overcook as they will go rubbery.
  4. If cooking with butter and using lemon juice, turn up the heat slightly at the end to reduce all the liquid down to a thick sauce that will coat the prawns. It's delicious!.
